3 cups All Bran Cereal
2 1/2 cups Water
1 1/2 teaspoons Baking powder
1 box fat free brownie mix

 

Soak the All Bran Cereal in water for 5 minutes. Add the baking powder and brownie mix to the cereal. Spray pan with Pam. Bake at 350 degrees for about 35-45 minutes. Check package directions for timing and pan size.

Diet Coke Cake & Frosting

1 cake mix (any kind)
1 can Diet Coke 12oz. (any diet soda)
2 egg whites

 

Mix the cake mix, two egg whites and a can of Diet Coke (12oz.) together in a bowl, mix well, and pour into pan of choice. Follow baking times on the cake mix.

1 cup milk
Fat Free Cool Whip

 

Mix the milk & pudding mix together and beat on an electric mixer on high, about 2mins. Put in fridge to cool 1hr. Then remove and fold in Cool whip. Mix well and frost cake.

4-4oz. boneless,skinless chicken
1/4c.fat-free. Mayo
1/2 box of stove top for chicken
1/4c.reduced fat parmasan cheese

 

Combine the stove top and parmesan cheese. Coat each piece of chicken with the mayo. Rinse the chicken and trim off any access fat and pat dry with a napkin — make sure chicken breast is dry. Then coat each piece of chicken in the stove top mixture. bake 375 for 35min. 4serv.

1 cup fat-free sour cream
2 Tbsp reduced-sodium taco seasoning
9 oz fat-free bean dip, about 1 heaping cup
6 oz guacamole, about 3/4 cup
1/4 cup low-fat shredded cheddar cheese
4 medium scallion(s), chopped
1 small tomato(es), chopped
6 medium olive(s), black, sliced

 

Combine sour cream and taco seasoning; mix well. Spread bean dip on bottom of a 12-inch round glass serving bowl or edged-platter. Top with guacamole, sour cream, cheese, scallions, tomatoes and olives. Yields about 1/4 cup dip per serving.

Diet Coke Chicken

1/2 onion
1 cup of ketchup
1 can of diet Coke
Chicken breasts

 

Chop the onion into small pieces & place in skillet or pot. Rise the chicken off and trim access fat. Place Chicken into pan with ketchup, Coke, and onion. Cook 20mins covered. Stir occasionally. Remove cover and cook 10mins uncovered. Serve with green vegtables.
