elliptical

I face the fear of loose skin every morning.. I am doing all I can to try and prevent it.. I work out both my upper and lower body, I do cardio, I drink plenty of water, and I moisturize my skin.. other than that, I don’t think there is anything else a person can do. Facing loosing 170lbs, I don’t know that it is possible to be without some loose skin, but I am hoping and praying that I don’t end up with any!

I am running on average 30-50 minutes on my elliptical 1-2 days per week. I am currently using Program 1 with a weight resistance of 3-5 and burning up to 300-500 calories per run.

In addition to the elliptical, I am doing The Firm: Transfirmer Intermediate rotation. I am using 5lb, 10lb, and 15lb dumbbells with the program. I also have The Firm’s Body Sculpting System 1, Body Sculpting System 2, Body Sculpting System 3, and Jiggle Free series (Arms, Abs, & Buns). I also have a few other firm videos, check the FAQ page for a complete list of my work out videos. I have noticed a great difference in my body with these. I HIGHLY recommend. I have cut my elliptical run time from 3-5 days a week to 1-2 days per week. The Firm takes a great deal out of your body, and I had to cut time to give my body the much needed rest it deserves.
